build: alle Template-PDFs automatisch in Build und Release aufnehmen

Alle *.pdf im template-Ordner werden ausgeliefert; Dateien mit '_' oder '.'
am Anfang sowie andere Dateitypen werden ignoriert. Veraltete PDFs im
Build-Ordner werden entfernt. Tests entsprechend angepasst.
